This entry-level role is perfect for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience and build a career in residential and commercial pool construction. You’ll work closely with experienced crew members and learn the ins and outs of building high-quality pools from the ground up. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with pool layout and excavation, including measuring, marking, and prepping job sites.
• Support rebar installation and tying steel for structural pool shells.
• Help with plumbing rough-ins and equipment pad setups.
• Maintain tools and equipment, keeping the job site clean and safe.
• Follow all safety protocols and assist with basic job documentation or material tracking when needed.
• Support final prep and cleanup before pool start-up and turnover to customers. Preferred Skills and Qualifications
• Interest in construction, landscaping, or trades
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of tools and construction safety practices
• Ability to follow directions, learn quickly, and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
