The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry work, including building, restoring, and renovating structures. Construct, repair, and restore walls, floors, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and stone. Lay tiles for flooring and wall coverings with precision and attention to detail. Interpret and work from schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate construction. Perform concrete forming tasks for foundations, slabs, and other structural elements. Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and drywall installers to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols at all times. Assist in frame carpentry as needed to support masonry projects. Experience Proven experience in masonry work with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and tile laying processes is essential. Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints effectively. Experience in drywall installation is a plus. Knowledge of restoration techniques for existing structures is highly desirable. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
