This role involves ground-level and breezeway patchwork only — no scaffolding or lift work required . Starts next week Runs through the end of the year (6+ months) 5 buildings, 2 stories each Work is limited to breezeways and ground level

Job Duties:

Patch and repair stucco surfaces Blend new stucco seamlessly with existing finishes Prepare surfaces by cleaning, chipping, or sanding as needed Mix stucco materials to proper consistency Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:
