⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Skilled Construction Craftsmen (Tampa Bay) Specialty Builders & Developers LLC compensation: by quotes/bids to the customers – you will bid your own jobs from service requests we provide to you employment type: experience level: mid level job title: skilled construction craftsman Need skilled and experienced construction craftsmen. Must have a solid working knowledge of the construction industry and be able to perform standard construction tasks.. You need to provide your own tools and have reliable transportation. We are a full service building contractor working in Tampa Bay and the surrounding areas. Our company provides most building and repair services to our customers. You should be proficient with basic framing, drywall install and repairs, painting, dry rot wood replacement, siding repairs , sidewalk & concrete work, leak assessment and repairs, stucco, minor roof repair, gutter/downspout, soffits and fascia repairs. You could be expected to build a complete exterior stair system, or build a simple roof over to protect a mailbox. We do it all. Please giving work experience Principals only.
