un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Need someone for Stucco work to extend Window ledge (Sarasota) ‹ image 1 of 5 › Pearl Ave compensation: $800 (labor) + material! Need a professional with the skill and experience to extend the bottom window ledge shown in the picture above by approx 4-6″. It has to be made of concrete/cement and be absolutely level and the final finish has to blend in with the existing stucco. I will take care of the painting. The first row of pavers will be cut to accommodate the extended ledge. The new ledge can be ~1/2″ taller since there is room with the window track. This has to be done in a clean and professional manner without damaging anything around it. A tarp is a must.
- Please provide me with pictures of a similar stucco job that shows workmanship, skill and your attention to detail. Preferably a cinderblock, stucco and texture job would basically meet those criteria.
- Let me know your availability. The sooner the better.
- You must provide all the necessary materials and tools required for the job. I will reimburse you for the material!
- Price listed here is for labor only.
