This role involves assisting with residential and commercial eviction processes, including removing furniture, trash, and other items from properties as required by law. This is not a full-time position. Work is assigned on an as-needed basis and often on short notice.
Responsibilities:
1) Arrive on time at assigned job sites 2) Safely and efficiently remove property from residences or buildings 3) Load/unload items into dumpsters or designated areas 4) Follow all company, legal, and safety guidelines during eviction procedures 5) Work respectfully and professionally in emotionally sensitive situations 6) Own transportation Principals only.
