Job Description:
We’re looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our crew as a Concrete Resurfacing Technician. The ideal candidate has experience with construction tools and machinery, a strong work ethic, and an interest in hands-on, detail-oriented work. You’ll be part of a small team that travels to job sites to prepare, repair, and finish concrete surfaces.
Responsibilities:
Operate machines including floor grinders, vacuums, and mixing equipment Use hand grinders and other tools to prepare surfaces Assist in the installation of epoxy flooring systems and surface coatings Perform concrete repairs, crack filling, and surface patching Mix and apply self-leveling compounds and sealers Load, unload, and transport tools and materials Maintain a clean and safe work environment Travel to job sites throughout Southern NH and Northern MA (travel compensation provided)
Requirements:
Experience with power tools and construction equipment Physically able to lift heavy materials and equipment Willingness to work in a physically demanding, hands-on environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Punctual, professional, and detail-oriented
Bonus Qualifications:
Concrete, masonry, or troweling experience Experience with epoxy coatings or decorative concrete OSHA certification
