As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in various projects, including restoration, remodeling, and construction tasks. Responsibilities Assist in the execution of restoration and construction projects according to specifications and timelines. Participate in fixture installation and trim carpentry tasks to enhance project outcomes. Utilize skills in plastering and masonry to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Engage in mold remediation processes to maintain safe environments for clients. Operate airless paint spraying equipment for efficient and high-quality finishes. Collaborate with team members to build and install flooring systems as required. Read blueprints accurately to follow project plans and specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Skills Proficient in blueprint reading to interpret project designs effectively. Experience in fixture installation and trim carpentry techniques. Knowledge of plastering methods for wall finishing. Familiarity with mold remediation practices for health and safety compliance. Skilled in airless paint spraying for efficient application processes. Understanding of masonry principles for building durable structures. Background in the restoration industry with hands-on experience preferred. Competence in flooring installation techniques for various materials.
