Responsibilities Fabricate and install various construction components including drywall, flooring, and concrete forms, etc. Perform carpentry tasks to build structures according to specifications. Conduct restoration work to enhance the quality and appearance of existing structures. Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met. Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively while adhering to best practices. Requirements Proven experience as a Tradesman or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong skills in carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, and concrete work. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
