⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Independent contractors (Florence sc) compensation: 1099 subcontractor Need well rounded experienced subcontractor to work on investment projects. You need to have experience in framing. flooring, painting, drywall hanging and finishing, all around residential remodeling experience. Must have a full-size truck or cargo van as you will be required to pick up and deliver materials to the job site where you will be working. You must have all power tools, ladders, hand tools, necessary to do the work for Remodeling. Must have a working cell phone as we need to keep in touch thru out the day. Must be available to start immediately. This will be a 1099 position as a independent contractor. The jobs are Prebid and you will be paid for each task you complete. You will be required to sign an independent contractor agreement prior to starting. Will be calling respondents back to schedule a time to meet at the job site. All work is in the Florence area at this time.
