The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various renovation tasks and be comfortable working on construction sites. This role requires a hands-on approach to restore and enhance residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Duties Perform tile laying, ensuring precise installation and alignment for aesthetic appeal. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various renovation projects. Execute concrete forming tasks, preparing surfaces for pouring and finishing. Apply caulking to seal gaps and joints, enhancing durability and appearance. Install cabinets with precision, ensuring proper alignment and secure fittings. Restore surfaces using plaster techniques to achieve a smooth finish. Conduct masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting, as needed. Collaborate with carpenters on structural renovations, ensuring compliance with design specifications. Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Candidates should have prior experience in renovation or related fields.
