The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles and hands-on experience with various tools and equipment. The Plumbing Technician will work in residential homes and must be comfortable with heavy lifting and physical labor. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Assemble and install plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. Collaborate with other trades in the home to ensure project completion. Perform heavy lifting as required for the installation of plumbing fixtures and materials. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols on job sites. Skills Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks. Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics for effective installation and repair. Experience in Service Titan or CRMsystems is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Knowledge of residential plumbing practices and safety regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
