What You’ll Do:
Lead a crew of plumbers and helpers on new construction jobs (residential and light commercial). Coordinate with builders, inspectors, and GC superintendents to ensure work is completed to spec and on time. Read and interpret blueprints and ensure code compliance. Lay out and rough in complete plumbing systems including drainage, venting, and water supply. Track job progress, materials, and communicate needs with the office. What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of new construction plumbing experience. Previous experience leading a crew or running jobs preferred. Ability to read blueprints and understand local plumbing codes. Strong communication and organization skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
