This is a hands-on installation role ideal for professionals who take pride in their craft, deliver high-quality work, and are capable of working independently or leading their own crew. You’ll be responsible for complete shower conversions —from demo to finish—including all plumbing, wall prep, fixture installation, and cleanup. Key Responsibilities Perform complete tear-outs of old showers or tubs. Install new acrylic or seamless wall surrounds , shower pans , bathtubs , and fixtures to code and company standards. Replace shower valves , reroute or install PEX water lines , connect drains , and prepare walls with green board or Durock . Install accessories such as grab bars , shower doors , handhelds , and other custom features. Ensure everything is installed level, properly sealed , and built for long-term durability. Lay down protective coverings and keep a clean, organized job site at all times. Leave every bathroom spotless and ready to use at the end of each job. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in bathroom remodeling , specifically acrylic or seamless wall system installation . Strong understanding of residential plumbing , including valves, drains , and PEX systems . Attention to detail , quality craftsmanship , and pride in doing the job right the first time . Ability to work independently or lead a small team efficiently. Own tools and reliable transportation. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
