We handle Residential and Commercial Services including repairs, service and new construction plumbing. We are currently seeking qualified lead plumbers to join our growing team! Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 4-5 years of experience installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial/ industrial applications.
PAY SCALE
depending on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a lead plumber, you should have the ability to lead your helpers and a project under the supervision of your supervisor.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ability to complete your job and tasks on time
- Deep knowledge of installation and repairs of plumbing systems and fixtures including but not limited to: A variety of plumbing fixtures and equipment controls, water supply systems, waste drainage systems to meet standards of Florida building codes and safety, installation and repairs of pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, etc.
- Keen ability to use trade tools and equipment
- Self-Managed
- Ability to cordially communicate and collaborate with other trades, laborers, and general contractors to ensure scope of work is met properly
- Knowledge in Florida plumbing building code
- Practical knowledge in the safe use of hand tools, stationary machines and other plumbing equipment
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of minimum proven plumbing experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and more if needed
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong ability to use smart applications
- Clear communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Able to operate powered equipment including
- Problem solver
- Quick learner
