All Year Cooling and Plumbing is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Manager to join our team. As a Plumbing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the plumbing operations, managing a team of plumbers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality plumbing services to our valued customers. Your expertise will ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction across South Florida and the Gulf Coast, including the Naples area. Additionally, you will be tasked with expanding sales and growing the department to enhance business success.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervise and manage a team of plumbers, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Drive sales initiatives and strategies to expand business opportunities and grow the department. Coordinate and schedule plumbing services and projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction. Inspect plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance work to ensure compliance with local codes and standards. Provide technical guidance and support to the plumbing team for complex issues and advanced troubleshooting. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the plumbing team. Maintain accurate records of service calls, projects, and parts used for billing and warranty purposes. Collaborate with other managers, dispatchers, and customer service representatives to ensure efficient service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to enhance technical knowledge and operational efficiency. Adhere to safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Plumbing Manager or in a supervisory role within the plumbing industry. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and components. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of plumbing issues. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Master Plumber certification is required. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
