As we grow, we’re looking for a rockstar Plumbing Selling Technician to join our tight-knit crew! Job Overview As a Plumbing Selling Technician , you’ll be the face of Paradise in the field—providing expert plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and installations, while identifying and selling value-added services such as maintenance agreements, system upgrades, and plumbing solutions tailored to the customer’s needs. You’ll combine technical excellence with a consultative sales approach to create a winning customer experience and help drive our growth. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic, repair, and installation services for residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems. Troubleshoot plumbing issues, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions. Identify opportunities to sell maintenance plans, plumbing upgrades, and other services that improve system reliability, efficiency, or performance. Explain complex plumbing issues and solutions to customers in a friendly, clear, and confident way. Promote ongoing maintenance and service plans to extend the life of customers’ plumbing systems. Accurately document service calls, recommended solutions, parts used, and time spent. Collaborate with the dispatch and service team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and customers are fully satisfied. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in safe and working condition. Stay up to date with plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a residential plumbing technician. Valid plumbing license/certification (state/local as applicable). Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or service-based selling in the field. Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems and codes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to clearly explain issues and build trust with customers. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing your own schedule.
