This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of well pumps, pressure tanks, and related components in residential properties. Ideal candidates will have in-depth knowledge of well water systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Install and service well systems Diagnose issues with well pumps, pressure tanks, well water filtration systems. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and water quality testing. Replace or repair plumbing components related to well systems (pipes, fittings, valves, etc). Educate customers on their well systems functionality and maintenance needs.
MUST-HAVES
Have an understanding of submersible and jet pumps, pressure tanks, check valves, pressure switches, and water testing. Quick, accurate assessment of problems and efficient solutions. Knowledge of whole home reverse osmosis systems, submersible pump replacements. Diagnosing and troubleshooting clack heads found on sulfur units and water softeners. Background in well water equipment diagnosing and repairs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
The position requires a considerable amount of physical activity including walking, standing for lengthy periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, squatting/kneeling, crawling in tight spaces and reaching/grasping.
