Commercial Plumber-hiring Asap Position Available In Duval, Florida

merican Plumbing is The plumbing contractor for several commercial service projects in the Jacksonville area responsible for new and pre existing construction plumbing duties. Plumber’s will install pipe inside of the building. Each project is different and they will need a diverse skillset including all types of plumbing materials and tools. The foreman on site will not be able to train so candidates must be able to hit the ground running and work with little to no direction.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for completing task that is assigned. Will be running mostly

PVC/CPVC

piping. Underground piping, domestic and sewer piping. Service experience is a ideal and true commercial experience translates well Minimum 5+ years commercial plumbing exp. Service plumber experience New construction experience Commercial experience Must be able to identify fittings Must have experience with pvc, cpvc Waste and vent- 4″ to 2″ Water- CPVC ¾ to ½ inch Brazing & Soldering cast iron is an added benefit No certifications required but having their journeyman certification goes a long way with this company and they believe in compensating those who are certified journeyman plumbers accordingly. Medgas certification also a plus. Plumbers who have run a company truck are strongly desired as well but not required. Must have a clean drivers license Must have good previous tenure Must have reliable transportation
