Commercial Construction Plumber Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Plumber to perform plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair work in commercial buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all plumbing systems meet building codes, function properly, and are safe for use. $3,000 sign on bonus paid throughout the first year of hire Key Responsibilities;

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial properties, including piping, pumps, valves, drains, and water heaters.
• Diagnose plumbing issues, perform necessary repairs, and troubleshoot any system failures.
• Interpret blueprints and building codes to plan plumbing installations and upgrades.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure, and functionality.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with local, state, and national building codes.
• Collaborate with construction teams, contractors, and other professionals on large projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a plumber, with a focus on commercial plumbing systems.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Minimum 4 years of plumbing (commercial)experience.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy tools and materials.
• Ability to work in tight spaces, on ladders, and at heights.
• Must be able to stand, kneel, crouch, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes
