Based on experience Job Overview Solutions Design Engineers is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Mechanical/Plumbing Designer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent drafting school graduates or individuals with limited experience who are looking to grow their technical skills and work on meaningful building projects. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship as you assist in the design of mechanical and plumbing systems for a variety of commercial and residential projects. Key Responsibilities Assist in drafting mechanical and plumbing layouts using AutoCAD and Revit Support engineers in preparing design documents and construction drawings Participate in project coordination and internal design meetings Perform basic calculations and layout planning under guidance Maintain organized project files and design revisions Communicate and collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines Qualifications Recent graduate from a drafting, CAD, or technical design program Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit is preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design standards Willingness to learn and take direction Excellent communication and teamwork skills Interest in mechanical and plumbing building systems What We Offer Hands-on training and mentorship Fully remote work after training Generous paid time off and 8+ paid holidays (including your birthday!)
