experience level: entry level job title: Licensed Plumber / Handyman Full-time (40 hours) licensed plumber for Property Management company. No weekends or evening work. Eligible for health benefits and 401K match. This is as not a contractor role. Must be licensed plumber and will also change locks, do minor carpentry/drywall, install window coverings, change light fixtures and door locks for current renters. Must own your own truck/SUV (reimbursed for mileage). Must live within commuting distance of Hillsborough County. MVR and background check required as condition of employment.
