Renovation Plumbing Technician Interface Properties Fort Myers, FL 33907 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing, with experience in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout requirements. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Perform pipe threading and soldering as needed for installations or repairs. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or necessary upgrades. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
