I’m employed there as a consultant and as the master plumbing qualifier to oversee the plumbing operations. I have 40 years experience, but I’m getting on up there in age. I’m looking for the right person to come along beside me, and help in the field as well as the formation of the dept. We are adding on to an existing well established business. Have you thought about taking the certified master exam? Would you be interested in a ground floor opportunity? The company will agree to pay you a 40 hour salary to start with, along with a great “sign on” bonus, and we (you and I) will develop some piece rate payouts for employees(and for you, whichever is greater$) Let’s talk at least., it will cost you an hour of your time.
