Drain& Sewer Specialist Joe Cole Plumbing Hialeah, FL Performs a variety of residential and commercial plumbing jobs including diagnosing and resolving Drain & sewer issues, Drain Clearing/Cleaning, Sewer camera inspections, Locating & Marking drain issues, Pressure Jetting. Completes work with quality and efficiency to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard of work quality and customer satisfaction. Provides estimates and presents options, taking the time to learn our customers needs and educate them on available solutions. Professionally represents the company and delivers a “Best-In-Class” customer experience. Properly documents job findings and other job details in Service Titan software Position Requirements Minimum 4years plumbing experience Comfortable interacting with customers and presenting estimates Proficient in Service Titan Excellent customer communication skills Clean driving history Able to pass a drug and criminal background check Must speak, read and write
