Plumber must have at least at least 5 years experience in Residential New Construction Plumbing, Remodels and Re-pipes, and Plumbers Helper at least 2 years in Residential New Construction Plumbing. We specialize in plumbing new custom homes. You must be experienced in all phases of plumbing new custom homes, Remodels, and Re-pipes. If you have experience in other types of plumbing, only Commercial and/or Service Plumbing, this will not qualify you for this opportunity. You must be reliable and dependable, have own hand tools, a valid driver’s license with a good record to qualify for our insurance as a driver (We need drivers so if you do not qualify to drive you will not be hired) , and have transportation to and from our shop. We have work vehicles and pay drive time to and from the jobsite which are mostly within an hour of the business. We offer an excellent compensation package after a short grace period. You need to be in good physical condition, be a good problem solver, and work and communicate with others, including builders and homeowners.

Responsibilities:

Plumbers:

Implement all phases of new construction plumbing and delegate jobs and help in training helpers. Read blueprints, order materials, and layout rough-ins, You would be under the supervision of the owner. Know all phases of Rough-Ins, Top Outs, and Finals. Know and implement all basic knowledge of all trim and installation of fixtures. Knowledge of plumbing codes and making sure all jobs are up to code. Communicate with Builders and Homeowners respectfully. •

Helpers:

Know how to assist in process of all phases of new construction plumbing Be motivated to take on responsibility without constantly being told what to do Help with Water, sewer, piping underground and overhead Help with Setting fixtures and trim out Help with Reading Blueprints Learn code requirements Maintain a safe , clean, and secure work environment Load and unload building materials to be used in construction Follow construction plans and instructions

Skills and Qualifications:

All Plumbers and Helpers work together and have respect for one another. There is only one boss over everyone, the owner and operator of this business. Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills . Again, must speak English fluently enough to be clearly understood.
