Responsibilities:

What Will I do?

Plumbing Service Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergenciesefficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services Strongresidential service experience and strong trouble shooting skillsWater Heater replacement and repair Fixture Replacement (Faucets,Tubs, and Toilet) Drain Cleaning Competent use of conventionalsewer machines Drain Technician Diagnose problems and provide costestimates to the customer Provide solutions to sewer and drainproblems Educate and assist customers on the importance of sewerinspection, repair and replacement Unclog and clean sewers anddrains for the customer using proper equipment and tools Protectall company drain equipment and jetting equipment against abuse,misuse and negligence Work with field technicians, warehouse,dispatch and management to ensure overall success Exhibit aprofessional and knowledgeable attitude Plumbing MaintenanceTechnician Thoroughly and accurately complete the PlumbingEvaluation form on each call. Perform minor plumbing-related taskswhen required. Look for and turn in possible job leads to the SalesDepartment. Complete time cards and inventory sheets daily.

Complete service invoices and work orders properly Keep yourcompany truck clean, inside and out. Embrace and proactively seekout development opportunities through continued training(specifically weekly training meetings and special classes orseminars) and one-on-one coaching. Successfully perform routinemaintenance on residential plumbing Build client relationships byproviding outstanding service through communication and customerservice skills Educate your clients on their maintenancerequirements Complete all tasks in accordance with quality andsafety standards

Qualifications:

Do I have What it Takes?

Mechanical Aptitude Knowledge of Plumbing (Preferred but notRequired) Good Attitude and Willingness to Learn Leak Location andRepair, a plus Good analytical skills and attention to detailProvide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite Resultsdriven in a high-energy environment Must be able to followdirections and work independently Ability work in hot, cold, wetclimates depending on the weather Wrench Group and its affiliatesare proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
