⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Licensed Plumber Needed – Trenching & Full Rough-In for Master Bath (Delray Beach) ‹ image 1 of 3 › compensation: Flat rate We’re gut-renovating a master bath in Delray Beach and need a licensed, experienced plumber for full rough-in plus trenching for a new layout. You must be comfortable relocating water lines and trenching slab. ???? Scope of Work (Must Be Able to Do All of the Following): Trenching required for THREE areas: 1. 11-ft wet room shower (with linear drain — location has changed) 2. Freestanding tub (centered under window — floor-mounted tub filler) 3. New double vanity (main water lines for that side of house must be moved 23.5 inches due to framing shift) ????️
Additional Plumbing Scope:
- Install all new drain and water lines to match new layout
- Rough-in shower valve and head(s)
- Floor box for tub drain
- Hookup for two sinks
- Cap/relocate any existing lines as needed ????
Job Conditions:
- Area is gutted to studs
- Slab is accessible
- Framing is in progress
- Must work clean and know how to protect finished walls/floor ????
You Must:
- Be licensed and insured
- Have experience trenching slab and doing full rough-in for gut renovations
- Be able to start immediately
