Looking for a licensed plumber for work in a small half bath (5 ft x 4 ft, 20 sq ft): • Install toilet (fixture on site) — this will help determine exact location for sink install • Pipes may or may not need to be moved
SLIGHTLY
(horizontally and/or vertically) to fit a wall-mounted sink • Sink installation will happen later, after wallpaper is installed (fixture on site) • Install faucet and connect water supply lines during sink installation (fixture on site)
Budget:
$600 flat for the entire job, including toilet install, any pipe adjustments, and sink install after wallpaper. You will have to come here two times. Experience with small-space plumbing preferred. Please with your license, experience, and availability
