Job Description Plumbing Services:

Perform a variety of plumbing jobs including water heater installation and repair, toilet repairs, faucet & fixture installations, leak detection, and gas work.

Drain Cleaning & Inspections:

Provide expert sewer camera inspections and efficient drain cleaning services.

Customer Interaction:

Provide clear and accurate estimates to clients, taking the time to explain available solutions and answer any questions. Assess customer needs and offer personalized options to meet their requirements.

Work Quality & Efficiency:

Complete jobs with a focus on high-quality workmanship and efficiency, ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standard and on schedule.

Customer Satisfaction:

Represent the company professionally, ensuring that every interaction results in a “Best-In-Class” customer experience.

Documentation:

Accurately document all job findings, including work completed, in Service Titan software, ensuring proper records are kept for future reference and billing. Position Requirements Minimum 8 years plumbing experience Comfortable interacting with customers and presenting estimates Proficient in Service Titan Excellent customer communication skills Clean driving history Able to pass a drug and criminal background check Must read, write and speak English fluently Experience working in high end homes and fixtures preferred Backflow certification required
