INDUSTRY LEADING PAY PLAN TOP HOURLY PLUS COMMISSION LARGE SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential clients
- Generate new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide accurate estimates for plumbing services and effectively communicate pricing and options to customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a plumber with a strong technical background
- Demonstrated success in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
