What You’ll Be Doing:

Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and systems handling water, gas, steam, and sewage inmercial settings such as schools, hospitals, factories, and municipal buildings.
Read and interpret blues, layouts, and specifications.
Test plumbing systems for leaks using air or water pressure gauges.
Inspect and maintain boilers, pumps, valves, water heaters, and othermercial-gradeponents.
Ensurepliance with safety codes, building regulations, and OSHA standards.
Document work performed and materials used.

To Be Considered, You Must Have:

A valid Florida plumbing license
2-3+ years ofmercial plumbing experience
High school diploma or GED
Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience
Ability to read and interpret blues and technical specs

Preferred:

Backflow prevention certification
Experience with high-rise or industrial systems
Familiarity with building codes and OSHA regulations

Pay Details:

$36.00 to $37.00 per hour
