The hourly rate for this position is $20

• $28 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. • Responsibilities:

• + Assist with the installation and layout of plumbing systems during the 2nd rough phase of multi-family construction + Interpret blueprints and work with the project team to ensure work meets code requirements + Collaborate with other trades and project leads to keep the project flowing smoothly + Maintain safety standards at all times (because nobody likes an unexpected shower) + Tackle other duties as assigned?

• Qualifications:

• + 2+ years of experience as a commercial plumber + Hands-on experience with new construction plumbing, particularly multi-family or large-scale projects a huge plus + Ability to work from blueprints and technical drawings + Solid communication skills and a get-it-done attitude + Must have your own tools and proper PPE + Dependable, punctual, and not afraid of a little overtime TrueBlue, Inc.
