The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and materials. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing installations meet safety standards and function efficiently. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various plumbing tasks. Perform pipe threading and welding as needed for system installations. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, during remodeling projects. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Experience Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
