Summary In this role at United Pools, you will play a vital role in the installation and repairs of Commercial-Only swimming pools across various locations, both installing new equipment and assisting in the building and renovating of facilities. This position is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional service and quality to our clients. The installer position’s primary focus is completing plumbing renovations, pipe repairs, wiring and installing new pumps, filters and other equipment in pump rooms. Ability to travel is a plus due to having Government facilities across the country we service, but not mandatory Responsibilities Install equipment and repair equipment at swimming pools according to specifications and industry standards. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during installations. Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate assembly and installation processes. Perform plumbing tasks related to pool installation, ensuring proper water flow and drainage. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed pools to ensure optimal performance. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues related to pool systems. Maintain a clean and organized work environment during installations. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or pool installation roles, preferably related to pools or equipment system environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various tools and equipment. Ability to read plans and technical drawings accurately. Experience with plumbing is important. Familiarity with HVAC or electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory. Basic wiring skills are beneficial for installation tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
