We are a local company with huge opportunities for growth in PLUMBING, seeking a new team member. Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual with plumbing experience in multi family housing. Apartment buildings. Plumbing Manager to oversee the day to day plumbing service calls; scheduled and same day called in. Including plumbing aspects of our renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing related to Metro Atlanta apartment buildings. This role requires effective leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Duties Lead and manage all phases of the plumbing division and plumbing related projects and team(s). Review and interpret all incoming jobs in order to create the daily schedule. Coordinate with field service teams to maintain operational efficiency on-site. Oversee remodeling projects, ensuring that plumbing installations meet quality standards. Collaborate with other trades and division managers to seamlessly complete projects. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Provide technical guidance on plumbing to team members. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for installation and maintenance tasks. Skills Proficiency plumbing, manager and customer service skills. Strong field service experience with a focus on plumbing apartment buildings. Knowledge of processes in plumbing repairs and installations. Familiarity with plumbing practices and standards. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to plumbing systems. Experience using power tools safely in a construction environment. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
