Full Job Description Job Responsibilities:
We are hiring an experienced plumbing technician to be part of our team with experience in installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems (ex. pipes, water heaters, fixtures and drains) Identifying maintenance issues on existing equipment Troubleshooting systems, diagnosing problems, adjusting and repairing systems Perform warranty services Collaborate with property owners/customers when needed Rotating on-call schedule responsibilities (one week and one weekend a month) Clean driver’s license required Great communication and people skills is a must
