Diagnose and troubleshoot drain problems, including blockages, leaks, and pipe damage. Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform drain cleaning, unclogging, and repair. Install, repair, and maintain drain pipes, fitting, and fixtures Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand pluming concerns and solutions. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed. Educate customers on best practices for their drain systems. Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures. Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company.

Who you are:

1-5 Years Plumbing and Drain experience preferred Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship Current plumbing certification as required by state Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures Good communication and interpersonal skills Who we are: We are a family-owned and operated company with a small business feel but large business size, growth, and stability. What YOU will do as a

Drain Tech:

Complete all drain cleaning, jetting and cable work related to in-home, service calls. Educate and assist customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement. Protect drain cleaning equipment and keep a well inventoried truck.
