Journeyman Plumber / Apprentice Team Mechanical LLC Weymouth, MA 02189 Overview We are seeking skilled and dedicated Journeyman Plumbers, and licensed apprentices to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing, construction, and field service. As Journeyman & Apprentice Plumbers, you will be responsible for installing, plumbing systems in various settings. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Install, plumbing systems in commercial and mixed use properties. Read and interpret schematics to understand plumbing layouts and specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations during all work performed. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job. Qualifications Proven experience as a Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber or similar role in the plumbing industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues. Familiarity with construction plumbing techniques and best practices. Proficiency in using hand tools, and power tools. Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes accurately. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally. $25.00 – $60.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
