Install technician Highland’s Heating & A.C LLC Portland, ME 04103 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and have experience in central Air systems as well as forced hot water boilers, also rough in and finish plumbing with licenses. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing various systems and equipment in the field, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. Duties Install and configure central Air systems as well as forced hot water boilers, also rough in and finish plumbing systems and other appliances according to specifications. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on installed equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot issues with mechanical systems, using schematics to identify problems effectively. Collaborate with team members to build and design efficient installation processes. Provide exceptional field service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and service requests. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on-site. Experience Proven experience in plumbing heating & A.C installation or appliance repair is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics. Experience in equipment repair and maintenance is highly desirable. Background in field service roles is a plus, showcasing the ability to work independently in various environments. A hands-on approach with a focus on building effective solutions for customers.
