We’re looking for a committed Service Manager in Springfield, MO, who’s ready to lead with purpose and deliver outstanding service.
Position Summary:
You’ll oversee our plumbing and HVAC service operations, guiding technicians, optimizing daily workflows, and making sure our customers are treated like neighbors-because they are.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach service technicians to ensure exceptional results Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and daily service operations Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy Track performance metrics and implement strategic improvements Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
Qualifications:
Prior experience in plumbing/HVAC service management or supervision is a plus-but not required for the right candidate Strong leadership and communication skills Solid understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems is helpful Problem-solver with a customer-first attitude Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Clean background
