Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair drain issues in residential plumbing systems. Provide customers with clear, professional recommendations and solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds . Ability to work in confined spaces, basements, and crawl spaces . Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending . Ability to work in various weather conditions . Manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Qualifications:
