This key leadership role requires proven success in all phases of residential plumbing projects, from initial design review through final inspection and sign-off. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years’ experience as a licensed journeyman plumber and demonstrate expertise in:

Project Management:
- Proficiently interpreting complex blueprints, developing comprehensive installation plans, proactively identifying and resolving potential challenges, and managing project timelines and budgets effectively. Experience in new residential construction is essential.

Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of all aspects of rough-in plumbing, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to all applicable building codes and company quality standards. Familiarity with a variety of plumbing systems and materials is required.

Quality Control and Installation:
- Meticulous execution of final installations, including thorough testing and coordination with inspectors to guarantee code compliance and a high-quality finished product.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Inspiring and motivating a team of skilled plumbers, effectively delegating tasks, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Mentorship and coaching skills are highly valued.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Thorough knowledge of all relevant local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
Maintaining up-to-date compliance is critical. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to professional excellence. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR), successful completion of a drug screening, and a satisfactory background check are required.
