This role requires a strong leader who can oversee job sites, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in commercial and industrial plumbing, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of commercial and industrial plumbing projects from start to finish. Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbing crews, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations. Work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to maintain smooth workflow. Conduct regular job site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety. Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues in a timely manner. Train and mentor plumbing crews to develop their technical skills and industry knowledge. Order materials, manage inventory, and ensure job sites are properly equipped. Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality. Complete and submit required reports, documentation, and job site records. Qualifications Extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and institutional plumbing. Strong leadership and project management skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards. Experience in coordinating subcontractors and managing job site logistics. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed. OSHA and safety certifications preferred.
