Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Plumbing Install Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations across our residential service and install, and commercial plumbing . The ideal candidate will be a detail-driven communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting technicians, customers, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily scheduling for service calls, new installations, and commercial plumbing projects. Use ServiceTitan (or similar software) to manage jobs, assign technicians, and track progress. Maintain communication with field teams, builders, contractors, homeowners, vendors, and office personnel to ensure timelines are met. Monitor technician timesheets and job notes; assist with payroll input and accuracy. Track inspections, permits, and warranty work across job types. Order locates, request permits, and manage documentation needed for project compliance. Update project statuses, close out jobs, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing. Support bonus tracking, job documentation, and follow-ups for builder and homeowner communication.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in construction or plumbing scheduling/coordination (multi-division experience a plus) Excellent communication and time-management skills Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Comfortable working with spreadsheets and scheduling tools Knowledge of permit and inspection requirements for residential and commercial plumbing Professional, respectful, and solution-oriented in all interactions

Preferred Qualifications:

Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong working knowledge of ServiceTitan or other field management software Skilled at problem-solving and handling urgent scheduling changes Team-oriented with a commitment to supporting technicians and leadership Why Join Us?
