Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent or 2 years education and/or experience with construction, maintenance and repair of electrical plumbing, HVAC or other mechanical systems Must have a valid NC Driver’s License Ability to safely operate hand tools May be required to work after normal business hours in on-call and emergency situations Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Excellent Customer Service skills and demonstrated basic problem-solving skills
