Plumber Helper Carolina Plumbing Service 2218 Summerlin Dairy Road, Wingate, NC 28174 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Plumbers Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist experienced plumbers in various tasks related to plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, a basic understanding of plumbing systems, and the ability to work effectively in a construction site environment. Responsibilities Assist plumbers with the installation and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Help maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site. Follow schematics and blueprints to understand plumbing layouts and requirements. Support remodeling projects by assisting in the removal and installation of plumbing fixtures. Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems under the guidance of experienced plumbers. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project efficiency and safety. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks. Basic mechanical knowledge with an understanding of plumbing systems. Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety measures. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to plumbing layouts. Experience in welding is a plus but not required. Skills in carpentry can be beneficial for remodeling projects. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
