PMC of NC is one of the fastest growing new construction plumbing companies in the triangle region, and we need an experienced slab + rough in plumber to train and lead a 3-man crew of highly motivated trim plumbers with basic rough-in skill who are ready to move to the next level. Opportunities for advancement abound. We offer PTO, medical benefits, quarterly bonus payout, and with a clean driving record and valid license, a company truck. Must be able to complete slab and rough-in phases with minimal oversight. Skills include layout and measurements, excavation, testing, backfill, and a desire to teach. If you do not know trim out, the crew is well experienced. They need to polish their skills on the first two phases of plumbing however.
