Compensation:

$55,000

• $65,000 per year (based on experience)

Work Schedule:

Monday

• Friday, 8:00
• 5:00 PM Potential summer hours: Monday
• Friday, 10:00 AM
• 7:00 PM Rotating off-hour emergency coverage

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance (Plumbing, light electrical, painting, and carpentry) Handle property upkeep including trash-outs, snow removal, landscaping, and seasonal maintenance Troubleshoot and solve problems independently with a focus on resident satisfaction Use mobile tools to document work, complete tasks, and communicate with the team Occasionally assist with move-out/move-in unit prep and other property service tasks

Skills & Experience Required:

Basic plumbing and light electrical experience is required Experience with HVAC systems, installations, or diagnostics, advanced electrical work, and landscaping is preferred Familiarity with technology for work orders, communications, and photo documentation

Qualities Required:

Must be professional and complete your work with pride

Physical Requirements:

Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying 50+ pounds and working in all seasons
