Position Summary:

The Journeyman Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service. Candidates must have their own work truck; Stahl Plumbing provides a truck payment to help cover vehicle costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and controls.
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing layouts.
Collaborate with contractors and team members on projects.
Ensure all work is performed according to local plumbing codes and safety standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate professionally with customers and provide outstanding service.
Complete job reports and documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman Plumber License (or equivalent certification).
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, and installations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must provide own work truck (truck payment provided).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems.
flow certification (a plus).
HVAC knowledge or experience (a plus).
